| How Business Operations (Level 3, 15 Credit). Mandatory. | The key features of an organisation and their importance are explored, including finance, leadership, HR, marketing, managing data and customer service. |
| Marketing Principles and Techniques (Level 3, 15 Credit). Mandatory. | An introduction to marketing is provided, followed by a look at research, analysis, and promotional techniques. |
| Academic and Research Skills for Business. (Level 3, 15 Credit). Mandatory. | This unit is for understanding one’s own academic strengths and weaknesses and developing research papers using a variety of skills. |
| Communication Skills for Business. (Level 3, 15 Credit). Mandatory. | A look at how communication is used in business and how one’s own communication skills can be developed to effectively present information and ideas. |
Delivery mode

Assessment method
In order to successfully complete this course, a learner MUST complete six mandatory units totaling 60 credits, to gain this Level 3 qualification. This course will be graded as follows: Pass, Merit and Distinction.
Certification and awarding body
Upon a successful completion of this Programme as stipulated by ATHE, you will be awarded the ATHE Level 3 Diploma in Business. ATHE regulates qualifications, examinations and assessments in England.
